Delivery and Shipping

What is our average Shipping Period?

We deliver Products within 2-14 days period after product fulfillment, depending upon the order location. The product creation and fullfillment normally takes 2–7 business days for apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

Where will my order will ship from?

We work with an on - demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.

Whill I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee occur on the international order (beyond USA boundries). This fee is not in our constol and is assesed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country. Thus, requesting you to check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

I have not received my order yet. What should I do?

Before checking in with us, please help us out by doing the following:

1) Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

2) Ask your local post office is they have package.

3) Stop by your neighbours in case your courier has left the package with them. Pro Tip: Package theft is on rise. If you are expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you will be.

If the Shipping Address is correct and the package was not left at the post office or at your neighbour's  door step, get in touch with us at contact@theteelyfe.com / theteelyfe@gmail.com with your order number, name and date on which you placed the order.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. Pro Tip: The ZIP code/Postal Code is most important part of the address. Make sure you entered the right  information before placing the order.

 

Orders

How are your products are made?

We work with a reliable, high quality printing and shipping company. They have facilities wordlwide, so depending upon your location. your orders are printed and then shipped from the facilitiy that can do it most effeciently.

Can I cancel my order once I placed it?

Once the order is placed, it proceeds immidiately for production. Thus, any order cancellation is possible only within 1 day or 24 hours of order placing time.

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment number, drop us a line at contact@theteelyfe.com / theteelyfe@gmail.com.

What if I have received a wrong/damaged product?

We are sorry if the product you order arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you, quickly, please email us at contact@theteelyfe.com / theteelyfe@gmail.com within 7 days after your receive the order with order number, Your Name, date on which order placed, photos of the damaged product and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

Returns

What is our Return Policy?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and fpr your unexpected shopping experience.

However, we dont offer returns and exchanges. But, if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us through the return form at our Contact Us page or writing us email with photos and description at contact@theteelyfe.com / theteelyfe@gmail.com.

Do you offer Refunds?

We try our best to staisfy every customer's needs. However, we offer refunds to customers that receive the flawed, wrong, broken or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at contact@theteelyfe.com / theteelyfe@gmail.com with order number, your name, date of order placed and photos of wrong/damaged items and we'll sort out that for you.

In case, you still wish to seek the refund of the items that is NOT flawed, broken or damaged, you can write to us with your order number, date on which order placed, your name and the reason for returning the product. After receiving your email we will post guide you the about the return process. Please note that in this case, you have to ship the product back to our stated address.

Additionally, we provide NO refunds on sale items.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts. We have mentioned specifiic size chart for every time listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered is mislabelled. If that's the case, please let us know at contact@theteelyfe.com / theteelyfe@gmail.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number, your name, date of order place,  and photos of the mislabelled item and we'll send you a new one or issue a refund.

 

Covid - 19 Update

How are we tackling and adapting as per COVID 19?

Well TheTeeLyfe work with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on.

Our order fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you.

Thus, there could be some delays in your order delivery. Our standard fulfillment estimate of 2-14 business days is currently closer to 7-21 business days now. We’re actively communicating with our fulfillment partner and following the latest news on Covid-19.

We request you to follow us on our Facebook page and regulartly check our  FAQ page where we share current updates.
